Switzerland is not registered with the SEC, OPPT in Switzerland is a hoax.

Since Switzerland is not Italy, they are different states, I wondered what the hoax for my Swiss friends could be based on and I thought that perhaps at the SEC there is a Swiss shell company with a similar function to that of the “REPUBLIC OF ITALY”, that is, a public debt placement company.

Check together in the SEC search engine called EDGAR where all the corporations and registered people are located, including, according to the hoax, all states should be there.

Looking for “Switzerland”, only one transport company comes out

Looking for “suisse” a cannabis company comes out

Looking for “Swiss” , Or “Ticino” nothing comes out. But then I remembered that the “REPUBLIC OF ITALY”, financial instrument established in 2000 by the Italian Ministry of Finance, is classified “foreign Government”, i.e. companies owned by a government in the SEC sense.

So I went through the whole list of these FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS that the SEC registers with the SIC code 8888

First we note that they only result 77 entities, but since the States of the world are in total 206, of which 195 recognized “SOVEREIGN” internationally, it is already clear that those who say that “States are SEC-registered corporations” he says something stupid, because eventually there would only be some 77.

But neither, because evidently not all those entities that contain the words in the denomination are States “bank” , “mortage” The “finance” , for example like the following:

I'll explain better: in a library a book with the title “The Republic unborn” would be listed in the index by title with “mai nata, republic, the” Or “republic, mai nata, the”. Similar to the SEC “ITALY REPUBLIC OF” rather than “ITALY REPUBLIC OF”.

It should be remembered that the SEC register was created with the US law of 1933, when there were no computers yet and it was cataloged manually, but the index organization remained as it was then.

Returning to Switzerland, Not having found anything similar to the searches, I looked for a list with some name that recalled Switzerland, also in various languages, and to do so I read myself one by one 77 names of entities registered with the SEC under the SIC code 8888 – foreign governments , and I did not find any entity attributable to the Swiss State.

But it seems logical to me : why never a country like Switzerland, very rich and full of foreign money deposited in its banks, should go and register with the SEC to borrow money in the US market ?

If I'm wrong someone will correct me, but for now it is proven that Switzerland is not a corporation registered with the SEC because it is not registered with the SEC in any way.

Now let's establish a principle: whoever affirms a truth has the obligation to demonstrate its validity.
