Healthcare in Veneto is high quality, but Italian.
True stories that happened recently regarding the Venetian healthcare system so praised by the politicians who serve Italy.
Of these cases do not carry the names for privacy.
1) A woman who is a few months pregnant goes to the hospital in Padua for a routine check-up. The visiting students (but they should not study?) and alarmed they tell her that she has a uterine problem, that hospitalization is necessary and that she will probably lose the baby. The poor, desperate, back home, and communicates to her husband. They live a day in anguish and pain, but then they decide to see a primary. He visits, and declares without doubt that the diagnosis received previously could not be valid because specific tests are necessary to produce it, and otherwise in his opinion there is no such risk. The woman comes home fortunately without having had a miscarriage caused by fear.
2) a man in the province of Padua went to do an ultrasound to a pain in the shoulder. While the ultrasound does not indicate any problems, during the electrocardiogram at a certain point the doctor begins to say “Be Still! She has a heart attack in progress, stands still keep admitting that the”. The ambulance is called, They are warned relatives, but just come to the department, verification shows that there is no problem. The man is discharged, luckily without having had a heart attack caused by fear .
Venetian healthcare is mediocre, Retrograde in the European context, the invasion of foreign doctors marks a decline in quality.
The devices are often decadent, the old structures and insecure. The researchers of excellence escape.
Doctors are now reduced to operate at savings, sometimes they are not even the piston rings
All this in the most productive territory of the European Union, in the economic engine of United Europe.
The Venetians should have the best services in Europe, if it goes well they have quality services “Italian”, always derided in Europe.
E’ more and more evident, in healthcare as well as in safety, in the economy as in society, that self-government of the Venetian people is the only real possibility (as well as a right) to a continuous sinking with that historically failed experiment called Italy.
