Extended information text on the use of cookies

This document provides information on cookies and similar technologies, and how they are used by site, and how to handle them.

This website uses technical cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the procedures and improve the experience of using online applications, in some cases also uses profiling cooking to individualize content (also advertising) and improve the overall user experience, through “third parts”-

Cookies are small text files that websites visited by users send their terminals, where they are stored and then be retransmitted to the same sites at the next visit. Technical cookies.
Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of “carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service” (cf.. art. 122, comma 1, the Code). They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed by the owner or operator of the website. They can be divided into navigation cookie or session, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website; cookie analytics, assimilated the technical cookies when used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, the number of users and how they visit the site itself; functionality cookies, that allow the user to browse according to a series of selected criteria in order to improve the service provided. The prior consent of the users is not required for the installation of these cookies, while the obligation to provide information pursuant to art. 13 the Code, that the site manager, if using only these devices, may provide in the manner it deems most suitable.

Profiling cookies.
Profiling cookies are designed to create user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user in the context of surfing the net. Due to the particular invasiveness that these devices can have in the private sphere of users, European and Italian legislation provides that the user must be adequately informed about their use and thus express their valid consent. Art. 122 of the Code provides that where “the archiving of information in the terminal equipment of a contracting party or a user or access to information already stored is permitted only on condition that the contracting party or user has given his consent after being informed in the simplified manner of referred to in the article 13, comma 3” (art. 122, comma 1, the Code). This site does not use cookies profiling.

"Third-party" cookies
By visiting this website you may receive cookies from sites operated by other organizations ("third parts"). An example is the presence of "social plugins" for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ o LinkedIn, or embedded multimedia display systems (integrated) such as Youtube, Vimeo o Flikr, as well as plugins for weather. These parties directly generated by these sites and integrated into the web page of the host site visited. The presence of these plugins involves the transmission of cookies to and from all sites operated by third parties. The management of information collected by "third parties" is governed by the relative information to which reference is made. cookie analytics
The site can also make use of components transmitted by and to Google Analytics (a web traffic analysis service provided by Google Inc.) , Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com/) and others. These cookies are used in order to monitor and improve the performance of the site and its contents based on the user's navigation. For more information, please refer to each site.

Manage Cookies
The user can selectively disable the action of these cookies using a browser that has this function, but there are other systems means for anonymous surfing. The user disabling of "third-party" cookies does not normally affect the general navigability, but in some cases the site may be non-navigable or behave unexpectedly.

Cookie Duration
Some cookies (Session cookies) they remain active only until the browser is closed or any logout command is executed. Other cookies "survive" when the browser is closed and are also available on subsequent visits by the user. These cookies are called persistent and their duration is set by the server at the time of their creation. In some cases there is a deadline, in other cases the duration is unlimited.
