The whole spike vaccine can confuse the DNA repair mechanism, search warns
a Research appeared on “Viruses” of the 13 October 2021 by title “La SPIKE del SARS – CoV – 2 compromises the repair and inhibition of DNA damage V(D)J in in vitro recombination” analyzed with different methodologies the operation of the spike protein in relation to the DNA repair system. The researchers pointed out that the results provide evidence that the DNA damage repair system and adaptive immune system in vitro are “hijacked” of the SPIKE protein.
They speculated that “..the SPIKE protein can compromise adaptive immunity by inhibiting the repair of DNA damage. Although no evidence has been published that SARS - CoV - 2 can infect thymocytes or lymphoid cells of the bone marrow, our test reporter V (D) J in vitro shows that the spike protein intensely impeded the recombination of V (D) j. Consistent with our results, clinical observationshe also show that the risk of serious illness or death with COVID-19 increases with age, particularly older adults who are at greater risk. This may be because the SARS spike proteins - CoV - 2 can weaken the DNA repair system of older people and consequently prevent recombination of V. (D) J and adaptive immunity. Unlike, our data provide valuable insight into the involvement of spiked protein subunits in DNA damage repair, indicating that full-tip vaccines can inhibit recombination of V(D)J in cellule B, which is also consistent with a recent study that a full-length peak-based vaccine induced lower antibody titers than the RBD-based vaccine. This suggests that the use of antigenic spike epitopes as a SARS vaccine - CoV - 2 it could be safer and more effective than full length spike. Taken together, we have identified one of the potentially important mechanisms of SARS suppression - CoV - 2 of the host adaptive immune mechanism. Moreover, our findings also imply a potential side effect of the full-length spike vaccine.“.
