Trentino in the referendum on annexation
Overhead, Asiago, Cortina, maybe even Verona, Rovigo and maybe tomorrow Padua: everyone wants to go with Trentino, because the economic benefits of their autonomy are essential for the survival of the Venetian communities.
I want to say clearly that Galan is to blame for all this, of his deputy Zaia and of all the Venetian political class who brings nothing home from 20 years.
Like the mayor of Sappada, I also wait for Galan to climb the bell tower, but not to declare Autonomy, but rather “it was a double reading issued by parliament and therefore having the value of constitutional law ” which is UNAPPLIED LAW (L.n340 the art.2 1971).
But I don't think a militant in Forza Italia (ex) Berlusconi employee will never do it, because even the TV frequencies would go to the Venetians . 
THESE VENETIAN REFERENDUMS ARE COMPLETELY USELESS !
Indeed, according to “Card for Local Self-Government” the Trentino community in turn has the right to hold a referendum to accept changes to its territorial scope.
Article 5 PROTECTION OF THE TERRITORIAL BOUNDARIES OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES
– FOR ANY CHANGES LIMITS OF LOCAL AND REGIONAL, THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES INTERESTED, MUST BE PRIOR TO CONSULT, POSSIBLY BY REFERENDUM, IF THIS IS PERMITTED BY LAW.
It is obvious that the Trentino referendum is possible and therefore mandatory.
Italy has undertaken to respect the Charter which requires the referendum in its INTEGRITY’ .
It is obvious that the Trentino people will say no to the incorporation of so many people and territories as to deprive them of all benefits and to erase their identity as a former episcopal principality.
Achille Variati then made it known that the Italian government is creating an equalization fund to remove funds from Trentino and give them to the Venetians.
This is also contrary to the principles of the aforementioned Charter on Autonomy :
Article 9 FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES
5 . THE PROTECTION OF THE FINANCIALLY WEAKER LOCAL COMMUNITIES REQUIRES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCIAL EQUALIZATION PROCEDURES OR EQUIVALENT MEASURES, INTENDED TO CORRECT THE EFFECTS OF ONE
LEARNING BREAKDOWN OF POTENTIAL FINANCING SOURCES, AS WELL AS THE BURDENS BEFORE THEM. SAID PROCEDURES OR MEASURES MUST NOT DIMINISH THE FREEDOM OF OPTION OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN THEIR
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY.

6 . LOCAL COMMUNITIES MUST BE APPROPRIATELY CONSULTED REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT METHODS, IN THEIR COMPARISONS, OF NEWLY DISTRIBUTED RESOURCES.
Another referendum necessary to reduce the tax advantages of Trentino!
But I think that Italy will still try to steal from Trentino, which will only be able to appeal to illegal annexation and threaten independence to maintain its management.
In practice, the State has no choice but to cut parasitism and squander to reduce the levy on the Venetians . And this will cause pandemonium in the south, especially when it comes to illegal work and therefore the Mafia's earnings. I know that the majority of southern people would be happy to live legally and therefore I am not thinking of Bossi.
But it is time to say that the special autonomies actually depend on the Italian state, and since the State is bankrupt and the Venetians can no longer support either one or the other, Autonomies cannot think of burdening others' coffers: are really autonomous.
They will discover that rather than Italians without privileges it is better to become Independent States such as Lichtenstein and Luxembourg.

But in the end, given that coin, army, international economics and politics are now things managed by a united Europe , even the functioning of the administration, civil rights, local autonomies …. what is an Italian government for in a united Europe ?
Italy is a harmful vestige of the past, at the limit, a totally useless cost in Europe.
