WHO recommends outdoor walks
The restrictions on walking outdoors in Italy and especially in certain regions are not motivated by science, nor from the epidemic, they are not implemented in almost any state of the European Union, and even contrary to public health. Even the WHO recommends allowing them, obviously with social distancing.
But most states allow the walk with their cohabitants, obviously. Beyond Italy, only France requires a self-certification, but at least it keeps changing forms.
Here is the explanation, and the invitation to sign the petition (cLICK)
against this and other senseless restrictions imposed illegally.
