More and more frequently we are offered products “probiotics”. They praise its ability to reduce cholesterol, deflate the abdomen, increase the immune defenses … be more beautiful. You will see that soon the even propose to make facial masks .
I'm not saying things are false, Rather, only that some products in addition to probiotics contain such quantities of sugars and other substances that they can be harmful in other ways. The cases in which cholesterol can drop are not rare, but there is a risk of diabetes or weight gain ! And other products are biologically so weak that they are a scam on their stated value based on cost.
But what are these “probiotics” ? What are they really ? Because suddenly they have become so important ? In fact, there is no doubt that until a few years ago they were not even on the market.

I describe as nonmedical what I read. The pro-biotic are elements, also including bacteria and vitamins, that promote life(I'm “pro). Since you understand what are the “anti-biotici”.
Basically, while antibiotics destroy life, probiotics they create the optimal conditions.
But what life ? It depends. Some probiotics create vitamins and lactic acid that serve the cellular processes .Other bacteria kill harmful fungi or limit its growth.
Others literally digest for us preparing the assimilation of the elements, eliminating toxins, easing the work of organs such as the liver , pancreas etc..
Antibiotics carry out similar processes but in the sense of limiting the development of certain processes rather than favoring them. And yet some pro-biotics work as antibiotics because with their activity they prevent bacteria and fungi from proliferating. While it is known that antibiotics destroy those bacteria that limit the proliferation of fungi such as candida, leaving them open (and therefore act as pro-candida!)

So neither probiotics nor antibiotics are good or bad elements, but it depends on the equilibrium in which they are.
We have a special balance of pro- e anti- biotic skin, in the mouth, in the various parts of the digestive system and in all the orifices for a total of approx 1 kg.
So each of us is not truly separate from the world-universe, only our psyche believes. In reality, our skin is a fleeting border which is actually continuously crossed by various elements, as well as our lungs. But the point of maximum exchange between us and the world is the digestive system. This is why the stomach is now considered to be the seat of the 70% of the “immune system” , ie that complex of factors that keeps us healthy, as long as you stay within the limits that bears (nuclear radiation is not the straps !).
But then, because these probiotics help the immune system? Because more and more people consume them and find benefit from them?
Simple: the natural defenses of the population (and you who read) they are so under attack from various factors that our immune system is in difficulty or really compromised. We have all become sickly, and Italy is one of the countries in the world that consumes the most drugs, because the healthcare system is de facto owned by the pharmaceutical companies, and because it is normal that in dictatorships there are more sick people than in free societies.
It's not just the pollution, radiation, chemicals and products used in food. A major problem that I will talk about in the future is that most of the antibiotics that have been used in the past 50 years have become completely useless because the bacteria have selected themselves and have become immune to them.
Unfortunately, even unnecessary antibiotics continue to be used (producing only damage !) and they have now changed the ecosystem to such an extent that we ourselves are victims. Consider that they are normally used in cattle breeding to increase their weight, and not to cure diseases. This is terribly dangerous according to some female scientists, and have already effectively led to the selection of “super battery” or superbugs that do not care or they really destructive treatments that kill the patient.
Indeed, antibiotics if perhaps destroy specific infections, at the same time also destroy the natural defense mechanisms, and here we have to use probiotics to restore part of the defenses but especially let's stay short without antibiotics.
I'm not saying we should not use antibiotics, but that they should only be prescribed by provincial specialist centers because general practitioners mostly misprescribe them or prescribe them due to patient pressure.
I will talk about the problem, but in the meantime the fact is that the general defenses of the population have been weakened also because of this, and now they all benefit from taking probiotics. And in parallel there is an explosion of candida sufferers (always present even in cancer patients) because candida takes advantage of the weakened defenses and expands beyond the limits (candida is something that normally lives in the mouth and other orifices, but it is kept at bay by other elements).
Then with probiotics recovering a bit’ defense, and here the immune system benefits. But the problem is that supermarket probiotics usually contain 2-3 or at maximum 1 ten useful strains, while we we need many tens, and we not even know them all.
Here we are at the title of the article. Kefir is a homemade probiotic.
I am not here to repeat the characteristics, the qualities, on how to do it etc., I will just point out in a few pages.
I just have to say that kefir is made with milk OR water, and I'm 2 different products to be made in a different way.
Water kefir is easy to make, cheap, enjoyable, it is healthy.
It is said that in the Caucasus certain populations live much longer thanks to it, and have rates of cancer and other diseases very low.

Who is sick , if it has no specific problems, you will certainly benefit from it, but you should tell.
For the usual legal problems, I must say that obviously do not advising everyone to make and drink kefir, nor that it is better than the products on the market, nor that I recommend its use, it another, nor that it replaces antibiotics or that it cures cancer or that it can cure disease, or that you should not use antibiotics , rather I'm just talking to myself writing what I think for myself and I'm not a doctor (but that effort!).
