The tax courts are unconstitutional

I am currently on trial because in 2007 I would have interrupted a “tax process”. The newspapers of the time wrote that I had invoked the right to tax of the Venetian state. They gave me the extremist lacquer and nostalgic of sawn, believing that the creator of the self -government of the Venetian people had been he, (We were good acquaintances or friends but self -government was to propose it and carry it on as now).

The fact is that on the basis of the Constitution, all tax processes could be invalidated, why i “judges” who preside over them are not magistrates, paid by the counterparty, And that court has been dissolved, exactly, in 1953.

However, the fact remains that I am currently on trial for defending the Constitution, the first known case of Italian history, a symptom of system eversion, a demonstration of the fact that power in Italy does not follow the Constitution but the logic of the Mafia. And it doesn't respect human rights.

The repeal of the tax commissions will force the state to make ordinary or administrative justice work well and quickly, otherwise he will not be able to collect tax money in reasonable times.

In short, this battle is essential to assert the rights of taxpaying citizens.
