The Venetian people demand their human rights for the first time

E’ a historical event which marks a milestone in the Venetian people, the autonomy of the Venetian people is about to arrive ( and not of the Veneto region) It is going to get ethnic federalism

THIS IS’ MUCH MUCH MORE’ AND IT'S’ OTHER THAN THE SINGLE REGIONAL AUTONOMY

This is recognition by the relevant body ( Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia and Lombardy) that the Venetian people have the rights of national minorities , that is, like the South Tyroleans we will have local self-government, bilingualism, reserved positions in the public administration, in language schools and also the control of immigration flows, All with less revenue for the state.

Because the region will recognize these rights? And he can do it ?

I wrote a regional bill that recognizes the rights of the Venetian people as a national minority and was approved by the municipalities of Resana, Segusino, Grantorto, Saint Lucia di Piave.

The region has to approve this law within 6 months from the filing which will take place in the next few days.

The region can and must recognize these rights because The region has the residual powers on this matter and it comes to human rights, fundamental, you can not deny.

It is not the poor rights granted to linguistic minorities, but the Human rights provided for by specific international law for minorities, which greatly exceed regional autonomy

We'll have:
– positions reserved in the public administration only for Venetians (regional autonomy does not allow it)
– all public acts even in the Venetian language, including processes (regional autonomy does not allow it)
– education compulsory in schools in history and Venetian language (regional autonomy does not allow it)
– Venetian native schools (regional autonomy does not allow it)
– TV stations and newspapers in the Venetian language to our culture, art and history (regional autonomy does not allow it)
– bilinugue road signage (regional autonomy does not allow it)
– control of immigration flows based on bearability and protection of identity (regional autonomy does not allow it)

All this will have to be achieved by cutting transfers to the state or with additional direct transfers from the state, it establishes international law.

I repeat that in practice it is about the autonomy of the Venetian people ( and not in the region) or if you prefer the ethnic federalism, an autonomy that simple regional autonomy cannot provide.

The municipalities of Resana, Segusino, Grantorto and Saint Lucia di Piave approved the REGIONAL BILL written by me, and which will be deposited in the region in a few days

IF YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE REGION’ THESE RIGHTS commit’ A VIOLATION OF THE STATUTE AND THE CONSTITUTION, opening the doors to legally claim of cultural genocide for independence.

The day 7 February there will be the public presentation of the bill, I expect strong participation, whoever doesn't come will demonstrate that they work for themselves and not for the Venetian people.

after the 6 months from the presentation the world will have changed, if we are denied human rights we will be able to denounce Italy for cultural genocide and proceed for our autonomy.
