We have already won, and we had already won the 3 August 2017, day of presentation in the Constitutional Court of the intervention of the Venetian Aggregation against the Lorenzin law. Pillars that protect the human body from the introduction of chemical and physical substances without consent, principle without which they can derive many terrifying consequences.

These two pillars are increasingly emerging as mandatory and full of consequences.

The first pillar: any intervention in the field of medicine must have the informed consent of the person concerned. We have called this principle of the Oviedo Convention, which is already law, He could rely on since 1999. It is not about freedom of choice or option in the face of a standard, but rather the fact that without consent no intervention in the medical field is legal. Consent is necessary and mandatory at all times, and what is more, it is only valid when it has been preceded by communication of the purpose and risks of the medical procedure. The law Lorenzin has openly violated the human right.

The second pillar: there are medical risks and for life in vaccinations, all the more so 13 vaccinations are a dangerous experiment. Keeping quiet or denying this, as many doctors have done, is contrary to the doctor's duties and may amount to criminal behavior. Many doctors we have seen on TV have to be banned from the register.

We were the first, and we're still the only, for bringing these elements in the Constitutional Court, and unfortunately it could have been done already in 1999. We have stated that mandatory vaccination is illegal and unconstitutional,and we asked the government and parliament to admit the horrendous mistake they made: they violated a fundamental human right and violated the sphere of intangibility of the human body.

Because I say we have already won?

Because for a few weeks now the first cracks have been visible in the previously silenced and granitic information system. They have attempted to plug the cracks and tears with a campaign of falsehood, we saw doctors alleged that scientists have striven to declare safer substances hazardous to health and not infrequently fatal. They have witnessed how drug dealers for a fee.

But by now the wall is already destined to collapse, the breach is made, and we tear down the entire wall if we are united.

In fact, thethe Order of Surgical Physicians and Dentists of Rome (office) He has sent a circular where he highlighted the problem of the two pillars, showing that it is insurmountable and the obligation does not apply.

Basically, the order states that there is a right for everyone to be informed, also risks, in the moment in which the physician does not perform this duty he is individually responsible of unlawful conduct, both medical, than for individual responsibility.

The Order in particular highlighted that “.. Code of Ethics establishes in Article 35 that “the doctor takes it’ continues in diagnostic procedures and / or therapeutic interventions without the prior obtaining of informed consent or in the presence of informed dissent”. From everything’ follows that a medical act in place in the absence of consensus can’ integrate a tort, criminal and ethics.”

The Order concludes by saying “mandatory’ vaccination does not appear as any exception to the principle for which the physician should reap the consent prior to vaccination, after excluding that there may be impediments to vaccination circumstances and after having duly informed. No vaccinations, therefore, without parental consent.”

Personally I distributed a guide to dozens of parents, in which I explained precisely this same principle : parent you have the legal right to informed consent, you can say no, it is a legal right, you can not be punished for it, nor fined. You can also say yes and immediately change your mind and say no.

Here is what can now be said at the conversation with the ASL “I vaccine” and the ASL cannot fine us, because the Lorenzin law is unconstitutional and no one can be fined for having exercised a right.

The doctor who does not tell us the risks faces a complaint to the order. Just register the interview and report the order, especially since we are certain of the existence of a system of compensation for doctors who achieve high levels of vaccination coverage. BRIBERY AGAINST HEALTH

But we must not give up now, we must now take advantage of this opportunity to make it clear to many parents of how they were deceived by Lorenzin, by the Government, and by those parties that voted yes to this bullshit law.

In particular, we must now make it clear to parents who have been told that they had to be vaccinated that they have actually suffered abuse, an illegal medical procedure. And how they can report the matter.

We have to explain to people who have undergone compulsory vaccination that the procedure was risky and may seek compensation for damage even if the damage apparently still do not see, because vaccine damage, it's scientific, They can be seen even after decades.
