Lombardy-Veneto like Dombass? That's why they are 156 years of illegal Italian presence

A few days ago, portions of the Dombass were annexed to Russia, and the West has harshly condemned the operation defining it totally illegal .

The West claims the principle of “as long as the state is legitimate and does not behave badly with colonized subjects” Member, which has been in force since the first half of 1800.

Basically from around the 1840 a state cannot be invaded and divided into pieces as was the case before, for example the Republic of Venice, invaded by Napoleon in 1797, it has been dismembered by these in some pieces, but he did not decree its cessation, and handed the stripped corpse to the Emperor of Habsburg.

The peoples had no right to speak on these transfers or terminations, but they had it later, and it is for this reason that all the annexations of the Italian territories had the seal (Ham) of the famous plebiscites.

Russia for its part argues that the Dombass republics first opposed a government that oppressed them (and he killed them) , then they self-determined on the principle of self-determination of peoples in force since 1966, and then they freely joined what they consider the mother country.

In essence, the international community must decide whether the principle of self-determination of peoples still applies, reason why Italy was the first to recognize Kosovo, or if you return to 1800 with the sole principle of territorial integrity.

But this West has a clear conscience on this front.

Let's take a history of how Italy was formed from a legal point of view.

1 – in 1859 Lombardy was invaded by the France it has “accompanied” Vittorio Emanuele (King of Sardinia, Piedmont, Nice and Savoy) and in exchange for Nice and Savoy, which became della Franca without the vote of the population which was already due.
2 – violated the territorial integrity of Lombardy-Veneto (in practice, Lombardy had the role of territory taken from a state such as Dombass), this territory was annexed to the Savoy without any vote, therefore in violation of international law that since 1840 contemplated the right to “self-government of peoples”, that is, the right of peoples to consent to annexations. Therefore the annexation of Lombardy is null and void for the rights of territorial integrity that the West today claims.
3 – Piedmont-Sardinia, raided Lombardy, invaded the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies (with the help of the British), but he decided to start doing things a little’ better by organizing plebiscites. Unfortunately, however, these plebiscites took place not only in the presence of the invading troops, but also with laws that had not been issued by the legitimate local authorities, but by the invaders. In addition, the invading soldiers also voted. Can you imagine that laughing if the voting laws in the Dombass Republics had been published by Russia and if the Russian soldiers had also voted ?

4- Piedmont-Sardinia continued with annexations, producing an impressive figure of approximately 1 million dead, I circa 30.000 of Dombass are worth no less but they are certainly an incomparable number.

5 – Piedmont Sardinia continue with “raid” of the other pre-unification states, temporarily excluding Rome and the remaining part of Lombardy-Veneto, more or less corresponding to today's Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

6 – even in these annexes, to make it seem legal, the Savoys ordered false plebiscites, but given that whoever organized them was the invader in violation of the right to territorial integrity, and also the invading soldiers in arms voted for us, they are completely void on the international level.

7 – in 1861 Vittorio Emanuele II declared himself King of Italy and his the Kingdom of Italy, expanding the old and cumbersome institutions of Piedmont to other territories, and yet this operation was also illegal for the right of self-government of the peoples of the pre-unification states that still enjoyed their respective autonomy.
8 – in 1866 the Kingdom of Italy loses militarily in Custoza and the navy in Lissa against the armed forces of Lombardy-Venetia, mostly made of Veneti.

9 – despite the military victory, the Empire is in trouble in the north, then a few months later he betrays the Venetians and leaves the field free to the Italian troops who settle down without any vote yet.

10 – however the treaty of Vienna of 3 October 1866 establishes that the Lombardy-Veneto (within the administrative boundaries of 1859 and not the military ones of 1866) it is an independent sovereign state and its citizens are entitled to a free vote to consent (or refuse) to the annexation to the Kingdom of Italy.
11 – The treaty was signed not only by the then legitimate holder of the sovereignty of Lombardy-Venetia, the Emperor of Habsburg, but also from the Kingdom of Italy and the Emperor of the French, because France had to act as an intermediary and guarantor of the plebiscite. In fact, sovereignty was placed in the hands of the Venetians before that of Italy, pity that in reality they were figureheads puppets of the Italian government.

12 – there are those who say (wrong) that the Emperor of Habsburg was not a legitimate representative of the Kingdom and therefore could not liberate Lombardy-Venetia , and instead he was the rightful owner since 1816 when he did it by melting 3 States, that is the prestigious Venetian Duchy (already continuation of the Republic of Venice) obtained by Napoleon in 1798 ( the Austrian family had been longing for its conquest for centuries), the Duchy of Milan of which he had ceded the Ticino to the Swiss Confederation, and the Duchy of Mantua which was orphaned by the Gonzagas. The Habsburg in 1816 it merged the Milanese and Mantuan areas with the Veneto, ceasing the jurisdictions of the former, and making Venice the capital not only of itself (for ancient jurisdictions) but also of the entire newborn Lombardo-Veneto.

12 – in 1866 the Kingdom of Italy violated the treaty of Vienna it had signed, prevented the citizens of Lombardy-Veneto from expressing themselves for annexation to the illegal Kingdom of Italy: Italy invaded the territory with arms before the vote, she herself made the voting laws that were published in the official gazette of the Kingdom of Italy, he made his soldiers vote, he also made his minors vote (but not the Veneto minors) and did not get the whole of Lombardy to vote (already militarily occupied since 1859) which however constituted the 60% of the population: in short, the plebiscite of 1866 it is absolutely void for violation of the right of territorial integrity, the right of citizens to self-government, and for violation of the Vienna treaty of 2 October 1866.

13 – there are other details on the annexation of Lombardy-Veneto by Italy , like the creation of a secret death committee for those who wanted independence, various forms of falsification of the transparency of transactions and results, creating a “puppet government” before the vote which ceded sovereignty before the vote, all things described by the same creator, the Italian commissioner for annexation, Thaon de Revel.
14 – in 1999 a group of Venetians has self-determined its own institutions by virtue of the combined provisions of Article 2 of Law Cost No. 340/1971 and Law No. 881/1977, the thing was recognized as not a crime by the Italian judiciary itself.
15 – in 2006 the Institutions of “Self-Government of the Venetian People” (art.2 L-n.340/1971) they declared succession to the Lombardo-Veneto when the fraud of 1866 was demonstrated by Loris Palmerini
16 – in 2008 the Court of Venice could not affirm the Italian jurisdiction over the Lombardy-Veneto region, declaring the absolute defect of the institutions.
17 – in 2008 some Venetians have asked the Council of Europe for the natural judge to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this appeal was later lost because the then delegate , Daniele Quaglia from Vedelago, he dropped the appeal because he concentrated on playing jail with Pojsia Veneta

18 – in 2010 The Italian Republic (it too was born out of fraud and is based on systematic electoral fraud) canceled the apparent legal basis of possession of the Lombardy-Venetia area, namely the annexation of the 1866 Lombardo-Veneto (L.n.212/2012). according to 212/2010 the annexation could be restored until January 1st 2013, the case had surfaced on TV, but nothing is restored , therefore the Italian presence in Lombardy-Veneto is now also devoid of any apparent legal basis, it's just factual.
19 – Italy can be invited to leave, an appeal can be made to the international court of justice as a state
20 – despite this, the racist occupation of Italy persists: in 2016 the regional law n.28 / 2016 (born on the push of some municipalities on a text written by Loris Palmerini) recognized for the first time the rights of the Venetians “national minority” and Bilingualism, but the Council of the Veneto Region through the lawyer Bertolissi did not at all defend the law that was canceled in the 2018 by the Constitutional Court, in violation of the Framework Convention of the Council of Europe
21 – pledged to remain silent on Dombass, the Council of Europe also remained silent on the illegal cancellation of the regional law on the Veneti.
22 – the issue of autonomy and independence of the entire Lombardy-Veneto region can be discussed freely and openly without hesitation as it is part of the freedom of expression, however, it is necessary not to practice and not to speak of weapons so it is necessary to stay away from the Movements and Liberation Committees that declare themselves in war and / or armed which, moreover, were all born after the Regional Statute of 2012 which has removed the legal basis for new self-determination (only that of 1999)

23 – The West claims that the Dombass referendums are illegal, but there is no mention of what Italy did in 1866 which was clearly vastly more illegal.

All this makes it clear that the West has a double standard, challenge others for what he has done and what has made him what he is. It can be called falsehood, hypocrisy, The “forked tongue” as the massacred populations in the Americas said.

The current situation sees the Lombardy-Veneto region plundered every day by approx 1 billion Euros, pre-covid estimates.

The Lombard-Veneto institutions are gearing up to appeal to the International Court of Justice, the court of states, and they ask for help and support to both claim the rights of the illegally invaded state (principle of territorial integrity) and in compliance with the right of self-determination of peoples legally exercised since 1999.
