IL REFERENDUM PER L’INDIPENDENZA DEL VENETO E’ LEGALLY IMPOSSIBLE
Some of my considerations on the increasingly’ inutilmente invocato referendum per l’indipendenza del “Veneto”.
Prima però, mi pare una ovvietà che nessun partito “italiano” potrà mai far digerire ai propri elettori un tale referendum, in quanto esso avrebbe l’effeto che ai propri elettori non veneti verrebbero tagliate le sovvenzioni che fino ad oggi sono state rubate proprio ai veneti, e questo non è per loro accettabile nemmeno per fare l’autonomia o il federalismo. Imagine then if the same parties that make fun of us with the “federalism” they can allow a referendum to be passed for full independence!! Che l’autonomia regionale così come il federalismo effettivo non si otterranno mai dal parlamento italiano è dunque un fatto del tutto evidente e scontato, for years now. L’inidpendenza veneta è ASSOLUTAMENTE LEGALE per i seguenti motivi:
Even Italian law recognizes the status of Popolo Veneto (art 2, L.340 / 71 Regional Statute)
· Lo stato italiano sottoscrive il diritto all’indipendenza di un popolo (New York pact, L. 881/77).
· Dal Febbraio 2006 in Italy, pursuing independence is no longer a crime of opinion (L.85/2006).

Dear Sirs,
only one thing is certain.
Se il VENETO non avrà una piena indipendenza dall’italia non è più questione di se
o di ma, but from when. Ed il quando lo deciderà il COMITATO DI LIBERAZIONE VENETA con tanto di PARTIGIANI VENETI. Dovrebbero essere contenti quelli di Roma che i partigiani ritornano per liberare una parte dell’italia ignomignosamente occupata da sempre.
Come successe per l’ALTO ADIGE/SUED TIROL/IRLANDA DEL NORD/BASCHI ETC..ETC.. anche nel Veneto accadrà quello che in Italia pochi pensano attuabile, that is, a free opposition with all possible means for VENETO to remain “drentus” Italy.
Smell, after receiving some emails….continue to bring you up with the constitution I ^ and II ^ PART and they are deaf ... blind …shortsighted… but do not mute to the cries of generalized impatience that comes from all over VENETO.
Non capiscono che questa crisi economica sarà la stura per prendere coscienza da parte dei VENETI che bisogna fare qualcosa prima di tutto per sè stessi .

I would not like to make judgments but I have read the program of the PNV-PARTITO NASIONAL VENETO and tells them that it is possible.

Un referendum per l’indipendenza, it should be done with a law enacted by the state. In fact, the Region does not have this matter among its own. Also a Referendum “advisory” by the region (but out of matter), it is not possible because the regional law of call would never be published since the “Government Commissioner to the Region” would prohibit its publication. At the limit would dissolve the regional council and the board for violation of “national interest” reintroduced by the League. Apart from this, assuming that regional law was published, the government would intervene in the Constitutional court and so the law would end the Sardinian law that had called the “constituent of the Sardinian people” rejected with constitutional sentence n.365 / 2007.
then, l’unica cosa che la Regione può fare è quello di chiedere allo Stato una legge per il referendum. Ma questa richiesta è già stata fatta nel 1998 with the resolution 42 Regional Council!
Figuriamoci infatti se uno stato che non ti da l’autonomia ti riconosce il diritto di ottenere l’indipendenza!
Tutte queste cose i partiti per l’indipendenza le sanno bene, because I told them in various meetings and also on TV. Sanno anche del referendurim per l’autodeterminazione/ indipendenza chiesto con la Risoluzione 42/1998 of the Regional Council, in any case here it is http://statoveneto.net/risoluzione42.html
In short, there is no legal system to have a referendum, with regional law, ed allo Stato è già stato richiesto, ma ovviamentenon darà mai una opzione del genere.
L’unica via alla indipendenza è quella di Autoderminare direttamente delle Istituzioni come abbiamo fatto noi dell’Autogoverno del Popolo Veneto /Stato delle Venetie vedi http://www.statoveneto.net, on the basis of the right of the Veneto people to self-determine the institutions.
Indeed, if the state has recognized the right of self-determination, why ask someone else to exercise it ? Obviously everything must be done in compliance with international laws, with a non-racist registry, independence of powers etc..
