The evidence that the Referendum 1946 is null

With the documents attached below, laws that are published in the OFFICIAL JOURNALS, I proved that Italy is not legally a Republic.
To prove this, an extract from the Viceregal Decree of the referendum calling for the state form (the famous referendum Monarchy-Republic 1946) , which established the methods of voting, but also where they were to vote. When there was a referendum Monarchy / Republic I was very young (I am a!) but well rticordo the controversy that arose about how to count votes.
The monarchichi accused the Interior Ministry in the person of good engineer Romita (small body, but big brain, he was the creator of the Autostrada del Sole) to have “rimestato” the votes to do to win the Republic.

I consider it impossible that the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court would call into question their employer (or better…: salaries supplier).
Their unanimous opinions are in clear conflict of interest
I wish that spontaneously rimettessero international judgment.
And I would (as a Venetian) have their (Italian) unlimited availability of resources to organize my review in the face of the aforementioned independent international judgment.
