Il Consiglio di Stato ha sentenziato che l’articolo 2 of the Veneto Statute (“L’autogoverno del popolo veneto si attua in forme rispondenti alle caratteristiche e tradizioni della sua storia”) does not recognize any “people Venetian”, l’espressione significa solo “residents”, ed ad essi non si può assegnare alcuna sovranità.

“self-government” it just means that the residents vote for the region democratically , cioé un ente amministrativo periferico dello Stato, no other meaning of autonomy.

Assurdo poi associare un significato di sovranità al “people Venetian”.

in conclusion, per il più alto tribunale amministrativo d’Italia, the Venetian people DOES NOT EXIST as a subject of international law.
