The International Convention on Human Rights states the right of everyone to own PEOPLE SELF-DETERMINATION. Choose independence in a referendum would be an act of self-determination of the Venetian People.

The principle of self-determination of peoples is a norm of general international law and binding with legal consequences (rights and obligations) per tutta la Comunità degli Stati. It entered into force by us with state-Law. 881 of the 25 October 1977 (ratification and implementation of the New York pact), that "All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of this right, they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic development, social and cultural development ".

The PEOPLE Veneto is then legal definition according to Article. 2 State of Law. 340 of the 22 May 1971, which reads "Self-government of the people of Veneto is implemented in forms corresponding to the characteristics and traditions of its history".

Thanks to State Law. 85 of the 24 February 2006, It is allowed to express opinions and make democratic and non-violent acts to achieve the independence of territories now incorporated in the state of which he is part of the Veneto.

This means that we can act in a democratic and peaceful way to advance the self-determination of the People Veneto and get non-violent independence of Veneto.

It means that first of all the Venetians are “people” recognized, that according to international law (State Law. 881 of the 25 October 1977, ratification and implementation of the New York pact) può vantare il diritto all’autodeterminazione… from what I know, the laws at European level, They are higher than the national level, therefore, This does not authorize the Italian Government to stop us from achieving that aim…

Also you say that the Commissioner of the Government of the Region, might prevent the request for referendum… ma se anch’egli fosse dalla nostra parte ???

Finally, you say:”Everything is going to see when the Venetians decide to get rid of this invasion, e allora sceglieranno un proprio liberatore che su questa base li potrà liberare per legge.” and this liberator, following the aforementioned base yourself, it may not be just a hypothetical future government of the Veneto region ??

excuse the length of the answer, but I'd appreciate if you could clarify certain points…
