The United Lombardo-Veneto had to vote in one piece 1866
E’ useless to ask whether the Venetians (confusing them with the citizens of the current Veneto Region) They have voted in free or not free 1866, perché il trattato internazionale (absent for other states Italian) he said this:
In other words, the very fact that in the 1866 Lombardy (territory occupied militarily by Italy but without legitimacy) did not vote for annexation, invalidates a vote. In fact Lombardy then as now contained twice the population of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, thus failing the quorum and failing to fulfill the treaty, che non può avvenire se non in autogoverno proprio, altrimenti non è libero per definizione.
Ho già scritto queste cose nel mio libro del 2007 that was part of the memories in court in Venice, e che portò alla Sentenza di difetto Assoluto di Giurisdizione. Soon we ricomincieremo with this path ( unfortunately interrupted by a patrol of idiots) perché l’Italia ci costringerà per la negazione dei diritti umani .

E’ yet another path that collides with the geopolitical interest of keeping Italy intact by other states, at least to those who have power in the world. Unfortunately, there are no legal paths to achieve independence, unless you are unable to modify the article 5 of the Italian Constitution, Thing, moreover, It declared as not feasible by the Constitutional Court, because it was considered as an indispensable pillar on which is based the same republic. Unfortunately, international treaties have not always proven useful and effective in settling issues, as well as the intervention of the UN through its own resolutions (see the recent case of Kosovo). Hoping to get something bringing the issue to some international court is absolutely unrealistic (we should assume that the judges appointed to settle the issue of the aliens are totally disengaged from geopolitical issues affecting the world). Inter alia, not all of the territory of the present Friuli-Venezia Giulia region was an integral part of that state, and therefore it makes no sense to vote on that piece of the region on an issue that does not concern him even.
As for the much-vaunted lack of jurisdiction, just it happened that a judge has been asked a question to which he had no jurisdiction (which has nothing to do with the legal or non-legal membership of Lombardy-Venetia in Italy). Without all of these considerations, it would be interesting to see how he intends to proceed with its organization, what would be your strategy, that, I repeat, in my opinion it will lead nowhere, as it is happening with the law with which they want to recognize Veneto as a national minority. (I am a careful reader of his blog, I follow it with perseverance, especially the posts concerning the history and current events of the Venetian people).
