Guinea Fowl Baked
Guinea fowl in the oven for 4 people
Ingredients
1 Guinea fowl at least 1000 g
30 cl white wine not sparkling
20 cl extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1 sprig of rosemary
3 bay leaves
sale , pepper as needed
Preparation
Clean and gut the guinea fowl, wash
to introduce 2 bay leaves inside
Turn on the oven at 180 °
Brown the guinea fowl in a saucepan with the oil, add salt and pepper to taste, water it with white wine and add the rosemary and the 4 cloves of garlic.
Turn it frequently for about 10 minutes
Put the guinea fowl baked in 180 degrees in a baking pan
after 15 minutes turn it upside down and wetted with the sauce or add water to keep it moist that it does not dry
repeat the operation after others 15 , 20 minutes, if necessary, add the olives in the tray,
after another 20 minutes of cooking turn off the oven and serve after 10 minutes
It goes well with potatoes baked at best if cooked at the same time but in another pan.
