Gianluca Busato and the use of slander for the political struggle

L’account “Venetian Republic” (https://www.facebook.com/repubblica.veneta.3?fref=ufi) behind which Gianluca Busato probably hides, restarted the defamation of me started by Busato himself in 2009, and which has intensified since I debunked the plebiscite of 2014.

The text that is being circulated today is the same one published in 2009 by Busato himself on the site of his then PNV party, site from which it was withdrawn when I turned to the Italian justice to demonstrate the falsity of the claims. Busato withdrew the text before the hearing, and from the Italian justice I got the mockery of the sentence e 2900 euros of expenses. The sentence said “There are other ways to get justice”. the lawyer she couldn't give me explanations and just wanted to be paid.

The slander text was then re-proposed many times, and the proofs of the falsehood are never reported. It is now an internet hoax in all respects. This time, however, it is re-proposed unsigned in an anonymously registered site. Evidently the author is aware that there is the concreteness of the complaint of slander and compensation for damage to image. The author, originally Busato, he doesn't put his face on it like I'm doing here now. E’ therefore, however, damage produced by Busato who has spread the slander, but he doesn't even have the courage and honesty to sign himself, which is consistent with his persona of making up lies about people, inventor of plebiscite voting numbers, and which uses hidden slander as a weapon of political struggle.

Why so much hate towards me ? In fact, he expressed this hatred and this backbiting not only with me , but with many of those he worked with who were destroyed as soon as they stood before him in the representation. Busato destroys everything that stands in his way due to his need to appear, simply failing to accept the fact that he has neither charisma nor leadership nor historical preparation nor juridical preparation nor beauty.

The proof is that in every group or party in which he participated he made an internal split, and in that coincidence or later he expressed his hatred and acted as a political stalker towards the contenders.

But my case is special, I have never collaborated with Busato Gianluca, because I have always found his proposals unfounded and deviant. But in a disturbed personality certain facts of normal life can justify hatred.

in 2008 his PNV group was among those responsible for wrecking the “the Venetians Forum”, who had already conquered the newspaper headlines for the unification of the Venetians. For more, among the various paths the referendum was also discussed, and I had demonstrated the groundlessness of the plan to hold a regional referendum for independence. This was probably enough for his hatred.

Then in 2009 in one evening I explained to many of his followers in the Treviso area the legal groundlessness of the referendum project throughout the region, and Busato was abandoned en masse by the group; some of them (including Sergio Bortotto , Paolo Zanatta, Paolo Gallina etc.) merged into the Self-Government of the Venetian People.

Busato continued to pursue the referendum project, trying to steal the symbol of the moeca in the elections of 2009 , but we at Venezie registered it first in court. On the other hand, I personally use the moeca dal 2002, and the Self Government has been using it since 2005. The moeca is the symbol that represents us, whoever uses it is evidently a scammer who wants to deceive, it also violates legal trademark rights. This last aspect should be enough to distrust and stay away from these people.

However PNV will later be closed as a party probably due to the complaints for false signatures that the judiciary denounced (they didn't even find one for us, because there was not a single false signature).

in August 2009 the Assembly banned Quaglia and many LIFE and also Bortotto, for violation of the statutes and invoices from San Marino via email from the institutions.

Quaglia must defame me and retrieves a document he had from Quaglia di Ben 12 years ago ( which shows strange links with the courts) as proof of my alleged collaborations with Italian apparatuses.

Quaglia or Bortotto or both then turn to Busato, who catches the ball, and Busato signs the post indicated below in his name , where he makes an interpretation of reality as unfounded as it is slanderous, and completely unproven, then , exactly, he will withdraw as soon as the possibility of having to prove the claims arises.

The beauty is that both Quaglia and Bortotto on the one hand said that I was the one from the secret services, on the other they pleaded and carried forward my legal discoveries and self-government even later, pretending to be the Self Government, of course falsely attributing my work of discovery. But how is it possible that one of the secret services explains to the Venetians the legal way to free themselves from occupying Italy ? It would be high treason towards the Italians. Poor balls.

However the defamatory text is false, signed by Busato, it is published by himself in 2009 in the PNV site and shipped 6000 people via Facebook, creating in the people of Veneto and in the Venetists a profound distrust in what I was doing.

This gave him a way to keep his fearsome political competitor blocked, that exposed his project. The beauty is that today Busato says what I said in the 2008 and then.

Infact Busato first dismembered PNV (to avoid complaints) and passed to the Veneto State, then to Indipendenza Veneta then to Plebiscito, always protagonist of the various divisions. (but whoever pulls him along hasn't yet figured out what his fate will be ?)

Then in September 2013 the enlightenment and the turning point : I sent a letter to the Veneto region where I explained why the referendum for independence is prohibited by the regional statute, and so the resolution is cancelled, and Busato understands that the referendum cannot be held (wow what a genius ! five years to understand a banality of this kind ) and begins to shoot at all the parties that propose it, and he also accuses him of that Morosin with whom he fought and who made his shoes.

Busato has since stated that a self-convened plebiscite must be held, but he is abandoned by the other movements and thus proclaims himself a representative, and self vote, and proclaims himself head of the government of the Venetian Republic. E’ known that the votes of the plebiscite invented them as I have demonstrated in detail also proving that he has systematically lied not only to the Venetians, but also to the whole world .

So today Busato has further gigantic reasons for hatred towards me, because I exposed your plebiscite scam 2014 . I understand the poor fellow , but unfortunately one would have to deal with it because it is otherwise unmasked by the electoral facts : where all the independence votes have gone ? To vote PD.

Evidently Busato had not thought that the European elections of 2014 they would have unmasked him from there 2 months, as he hadn't thought about the question of network traffic .

and to, the devil doesn't make lids, lies have short legs, they do not last over time….

Busierato is increasingly isolated, because nobody likes liars, and a Venetian proverb says that “the busiari xe anca thieves”.

The defamations that are still seen around are distorted and false interpretations of documents by Busato, it is his text, with slander apparently against the Italian secret services which are impossible and illogical. Not to mention my alleged co-responsibility in the death of Saw that they were proven false by his own letters from prison .

Behind the Venetian Republic there is probably Busato, that he can deny and distance himself from the defamatory text that he himself wrote if he wants, evidently in revenge he decided to resume with stale slanders. C

That there is hatred is demonstrated by the fact that he has decided to try again the theft of the political use of the moeca which has been used by me since 2002 and which is also reserved for Self-Government Institutions and legally trademarked to me. Busato therefore confirms himself as a liar, slanderer, and crook and demonstrably thief

Or it indicates a trial in your Venetian Republic !

This Mephistophelic individual , together with Quaglia , Bortotto and De Pieri, have certainly created so much confusion in the Venetians, who do not like chaos, and so they held up the liberation process for a few years for sure. The damage caused by them can be calculated at several hundreds of billions of Euros, in particular by the political swindler Busato due to the very strange support given to him by the media notoriously owned by Freemasons.
