Guinea Fowl Baked
Guinea fowl in the oven for 4 people
Ingredients
1 Guinea fowl at least 1000 g
30 cl white wine not sparkling
20 cl extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1 sprig of rosemary
3 foglie d’alloro
sale , pepper as needed
Preparation
Clean and gut the guinea fowl, wash
to introduce 2 foglie d’alloro all’interno
Accendere il forno a 180°
Rosolare la faraona in una casseruola con l’olio, add salt and pepper to taste, water it with white wine and add the rosemary and the 4 spicchi d’aglio.
Turn it frequently for about 10 minutes
Put the guinea fowl baked in 180 degrees in a baking pan
after 15 minutes turn it upside down and wetted with the sauce or add water to keep it moist that it does not dry
ripetere l’operazione dopo altri 15 , 20 minutes, if necessary, add the olives in the tray,
after another 20 minutes of cooking turn off the oven and serve after 10 minutes
It goes well with potatoes baked at best if cooked at the same time but in another pan.
