I don't remember anything about these comments. I have no idea what the betrayal of Prussia was. Strange things happen on the web.
Per quanto riguarda i plebisciti penso non ci sia alcun dubbio che furono non rappresentativi della volontà popolare. It seems to me to be a statement shared and accepted by all that the Risorgimento was made by a minority of the Po populations and in total contrast with the peoples of the south.

Except for the betrayal of Prussia, it seems to me all correct, ma questo fatto dei plebisciti scorretti vale per tutta l’Italia, in the south it was even worse. Non è mai esistito un evento ufficiale che sancisse l’adesione popolare al Regno d’Italia.

L’Italia ha tradito la Prussia? MAH…
Eppoi neanche ‘sta frase è molto chiara “Article IV says that "The frontier of the ceded territory is determined by the current administrative borders of the Lombard-Veneto Kingdom"” I can't understand why the referendum for Milan has to be redone & Lombradia when the territory is defined so clearly “lost” from the imperials. Of course it is easy for everyone to write their own personal history…

In che modo l’italia tradì la prussia?. Because I did not understand the meaning of the speech…to have Veneto and Friuli and Mantua.
